1. K- (Know)
Students were asked to write down what they "know" about the Declaration of Independence and Revolutionary War
2. W- (Want to Know)
Student were asked to write one thing the want to know, but they were asked to write it in the form of a question.
3- L- (Learned)
This column was filled while reviewing videos and having classroom discussion.

-Group Topics Chosen
- Students were given 5 minutes to brainstorm two school related "complaints". If two groups had the same complaint, they had a rock, paper, scissors stand-off. All groups chose their topics and the topics were recorded. These will be used later when they construct their own declaration.
Finish Typing Second Draft of Quarter One Final
- Students were given the last 30 minutes to finish typing their revisions.
- Students were asked to share their second draft with me through email or Google.docs.
