Autobiography Alphabet Books
- Create a small alphabet flip book that uses one sentence snapshots to tell us more about you using the letters A-Z
example- After I finish high school, I plan to attend Boise State University.
Grading Criteria for the Booklet
- Must write a complete sentence for each letter of the alphabet
- Neatness Counts
- Must have a cover and title page (title page must include the title, your name, CHS, 2013, and your period)
- Your picture (I gave everyone their Powerschool picture) must appear on either the cover or title page
- If you want a B you must also add graphics
- I f you want an A you must have graphics and color
- Extra Credit Opportunity- Rhetorical Devices (see handouts below) - 2 Pts. for each one used; must use a different one each time for each letter

Intro to Last Unit of the Year-- Myths, Tales, and Legends
- T-chart notes (will submit later for a grade, so keep up)
- Discussion about Johnny Appleseed (read actual obituary) and legends
- Discussion/Reading of Cinderella across the world (read Egyptian version and compared to U.S. version)
- Discussion about nursery rhymes and their political undertones/purposes
